We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Waterfront Villas.

Our Pet Policy:

We're happy to welcome your furry family members! To help keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone, please review our pet guidelines below.

Management approval is required before bringing any pet onto the property, and a Pet Agreement must be signed.
A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per apartment home.
The following dog breeds (including any mixed breed or bloodline containing these breeds) are not permitted: Pit Bull (Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Cane Corso, Wolf Hybrid
Pet Costs Per Pet:
- $150 refundable pet deposit
- $150 one-time non-refundable pet fee
- $15 monthly pet rent
Aquariums are welcome in first-floor apartment homes only, with a maximum capacity of 20 gallons. Proof of liability insurance is required for the duration of your lease.
For the safety of our community, exotic and poisonous animals are not permitted.
